La Universidad tiene un Sistema de Aseguramiento Interno de Calidad (SAIC) cuyo objetivo es sistematizar la revisión y mejora de los títulos que ofrece. El SAIC incluye la planificación y diseño de la oferta formativa, la revisión y evaluación de su desarrollo y la toma de decisiones para la mejora continua. El SAIC contribuye, además, al cumplimiento de los requerimientos normativos de verificación, seguimiento y acreditación de los títulos oficiales.

Cada facultad tiene una Comisión de garantía de Calidad, que es un órgano delegado de la Junta Directiva de cada centro para el desarrollo del Sistema de Aseguramiento Interno de la Calidad en la facultad.
