So, you've arrived in Pamplona, but maybe you don't know anyone. You don't know a soul and you've got no idea what to do or where to start. Don't worry, you're not alone! There are countless international students just like you who have just embarked on their adventure at the University of Navarra.

The Admissions Office and the International Office are ready and willing to help you with whatever you need. If you need to know something, just ask! You can also attend the Welcome Days organized by the University at the beginning of each semester. You'll have the chance to get to know the campus and the cities of Pamplona and San Sebastián.

Students who are not citizens of a country belonging to the European Union, the European Economic Area (Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein) or the Swiss Confederation (i.e., Switzerland) must apply for the corresponding student visa from the Spanish Embassy or Consular Office in their country of origin or residence by providing all academic, financial, medical and criminal documentation that may be required.

Upon entry to the European Union and Spain, students must request that their student visa be converted into a student card (NIE) at the Police station for foreign citizens in Pamplona (located at Calle Pascual Madoz, 3) within a period of 30 days after entering the European Union, according to the date stamped on their passport (generally found on the same page as the visa).
