Your first days
The first few days can get a bit overwhelming but to help you navigate easily through the information you need.
So, you've arrived in Pamplona, but maybe you don't know anyone. You don't know a soul and you've got no idea what to do or where to start. Don't worry, you're not alone! There are countless international students just like you who have just embarked on their adventure at the University of Navarra.
The Admissions Office and the International Office are ready and willing to help you with whatever you need. If you need to know something, just ask! You can also attend the Welcome Days organized by the University at the beginning of each semester. You'll have the chance to get to know the campus and the cities of Pamplona and San Sebastián.
Students who are not citizens of a country belonging to the European Union, the European Economic Area (Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein) or the Swiss Confederation (i.e., Switzerland) must apply for the corresponding student visa from the Spanish Embassy or Consular Office in their country of origin or residence by providing all academic, financial, medical and criminal documentation that may be required.
Upon entry to the European Union and Spain, students must request that their student visa be converted into a student card (NIE) at the Police station for foreign citizens in Pamplona (located at Calle Pascual Madoz, 3) within a period of 30 days after entering the European Union, according to the date stamped on their passport (generally found on the same page as the visa).

If your native language is not Spanish or you have done your studies in another language, you must accredit your level of Spanish at the University's Office of the Registrar by taking one of the following exams:
DELE B2: Cervantes Institute.
SAT Subject Test in Spanish with Listening (score 540-670).
ILCE Level B2 tests
All students at the University have a personal advisor throughout their time at university. Until you are told who your advisor is, the manager of the Admissions Office or the International Office in your School will help you with anything you need.
Go to the University's Creative Campus, which is located in the University of Navarra Museum, to find out about all the extracurricular activities organized on campus. You can get involved in theater groups, the choir, the chamber orchestra, competitions in numerous areas such as literature and songwriting, exhibitions, contests and much more. Because the University is about so much more than attending classes and studying.
The volunteer association, Tantaka, has several areas: academic support, working with disabled people, working with prison inmates, accompanying the elderly and sick children, etc.
The job offers board is managed by the Student Aid Office. It is aimed at students enrolled in the University of Navarra who want to take on a collaboration grant in one of the University's departments or services, or a job outside the University in addition to their studies.
You can get involved in a wide range of different sports at the University of Navarra. Go to the sports center and find out about the different options available. You can also join a team and take part in football, basketball, tennis and padel tennis competitions.

The General Offices are responsible for enrolment in the various degrees offered and in the Master's and Doctorate programmes.
They are also in charge of issuing degrees and academic certificates, processing applications addressed to the Rectorate of the University and everything related to Academic Management for Students.
