The Language Exchange Program
The Language Exchange Program is an initiative promoted by the International Student Committee to help international students practice Spanish and make friends with other students during their stay in Spain. This program promotes informal conversation and cultural exchange between students. Students signing up can choose their preferred language for conversation and they will be paired with an international student speaking that language and who at the same time want to practice theirs.
Once you have signed up, you will receive an email with the data of your partner. It is the responsibility of both students to organise a meeting at a mutually convenient time and place by mail or phone. We recommend you meet on campus for the first time. If you need to cancel a meeting because of an emergency, it is very important to contact your partner as early as possible to reschedule another meeting.
This program is subject to availability and it is voluntary. For this reason, we kindly ask that if you sign up, you take it seriously and you are committed.
