Summer Spanish Course

The intensive Spanish course that is offered every summer in the Ecclesiastical Faculty is geared towards future students (priests, seminarians, religious, and lay) that will do their studies in the Ecclesiastical Faculty but are not native Spanish speakers. The course is also open to outside students interested in learning Spanish under professional teachers with an immersion experience in Spanish language and culture.

Course Details:

  • Dates: 15 July – 30 August

  • Schedule: Monday-Friday 9:30-13:30

  • Total Hours: 120 hours

  • Price: 600 euros

  • Certification:  At the end of the course the student will receive a certificate of completion of the course from the Institute of Spanish Language and Culture (ILCE) of the University of Navarra with the hours and grade earned.

  • Levels: Students will be divided into two groups based on their level. In April and May, level tests will be sent by email to interested students. Based on the results of the test, the students will be assigned into classes.

  • Credits: 10 ECTS

  • Course Materials: The cost of the course includes all materials needed, which will be provided to the student (books and notes).

  • Enrollment: To enroll in the course and to complete the level tests, interested students must send their email and a copy of their passport to
