General requirements

To apply for admission, candidates should do the following:

  • Register online on MyUnav

  • Complete the admission application form, scanning and attaching the requested academic and identity documentation, including: ID card or passport, prior transcripts, university degree, resume, one letter of recommendation and a list of other academic merits.

  • Pay the 90-euro application fee

Students can apply for admission to up to three master's programs. Prospective students must send all required documentation for each application, but only need to pay once.

All students with university studies abroad must apply to standardize their grade point average through the National Agency for Quality Assessment and Accreditation (ANECA) website, which is run by the Spanish government. This document is essential for the admissions process.

Upon receipt of an application, the Secretary of the Graduate Studies Committee validates it and later the director of the master evaluates and issues a candidate report sent to the MSSR Board, which will issue the final admission decision after consultation with the other schools involved. Selection criteria are based on the applicant's academic record, resume and letters of recommendation.

The University's Admissions Office communicates the acceptance decision through the Applicant Portal.

  • Cash (in person at University of Navarra's Admissions Office)

  • By bank transfer to the account specified below. The payment confirmation should include the applicant's full name and the word "ADMISSION"
