International Seminar Construction Project Management

Description

Construction Project Management

Today, management of the development of the built environment is exercised at a variety of levels from site and project, from inception to completion through corporate organizations of the industry and its clients. The process must embrace the entire construction value stream from inception to recycling, focusing upon a commitment to sustainable construction. This commitment to the inclusive process dedicated only to the project itself results in incorporation of a wide range of specialist services guided by a system of values demonstrating responsibility to humanity and to the future of the planet.
