‘’I really enjoy my time in Spain and I like Pamplona a lot’’
Maiwenn Jouet
Université Catholique L’Oest, France
Economics and Management
My favourite part of being at ISSA-school of Management Assistants is that I can go to classes which are very interesting. I can follow classes that I can’t study in France. We have a lot of group work for the classes compared to my university in France. Here in Spain they are more based on communication and on people than at my own university. My degree is more concentrated on economy.
‘’The teachers and the students are happy to help you and give you tips to discover Spanish culture.’’
Joyce Biesheuvel
Rotterdam University of Applied Science, the Netherlands
Facility Management
I am really enjoying my time in Spain, it is a great adventure. I have seen and done a lot and I have met a lot of new people from all over the world. My time at ISSA-School of Management Assistants is fun as well, because everyone is very social and helpful. The teachers and the students are happy to help you and give you tips to discover Spanish culture.
The biggest difference between ISSA-School of Management and my courses in Rotterdam is that in The Netherlands it is more about self-study and here participation and attendance are more important.
‘’I enjoy the campus as it is welcoming, modern and warm at the same time, offering a place to work at ease’’
Maite Adriana Bohórquez Derriks
University College Leuven-Limburg, Belgium
Business Management and Marketing
UNAV offers many interesting activities and conferences for its students. Pamplona itself offers a beautiful city and fun night-life to discover with the help of the Erasmus Program. The northern region of the country is beautiful to travel around and of course, the food is amazing!
I like the mixed course program, which allows me to meet different students from different courses and years. Furthermore, I also enjoyed the continuous offers of different and interesting activities. Plus the campus, as it is, is welcoming: modern and warm at the same time, offering a place to work at ease.
‘’Pamplona is a perfect city to stay for four months, because it isn’t that big but it feels like home very fast’’
Maryse Mertens
Rotterdam University of Applied Science, the Netherlands
At ISSA I am in the courses: Project Management, Quality Management, Spanish A1, English C1, Business Communication and Intercultural Communication. I really like the Universidad de Navarra and I would love to stay a little longer. Pamplona is a perfect city to stay for four months, because it isn’t that big but it feels like home very fast. The biggest difference between ISSA and my own university is that over here you get a lot of homework and weekly assignments. Attendance in the classes is important here. In the Netherlands it is only important to pass the exams.
