Twenty researchers participated in a workshop on emotions and identity organized by the "Action, emotions and identity: Elements for a theory of late-modern societies" project within the School of Humanities and Social Sciences. The project is funded by the Ministry of Economy and Finance. Speakers included several members and collaborators from the Institute for Culture and Society (ICS), the humanities and social sciences research center at the University of Navarra.
They following speakers presented: José M. Torralba, Department of Philosophy; Alejandro Vigo, principal investigator of the ICS Natural Law and Practical Rationality project and professor of philosophy; researcher Teresa Enriquez; Ana Marta González, ICS academic coordinator, principal investigator of the Emotional Culture and Identity project and professor in the Department of Philosophy; Humberto Brito, Universidade de Lisboa; Rosalia Baena, Dean of the School of Humanities and Social Sciences and member of the Emotional Culture and Identity project; Mariano Crespo, research fellow in the ICS Natural Law and Practical Rationality project.
