Educational and research exchange with Columbia University School of Nursing
The School of Nursing announces a collaboration agreement with a leading US nursing school.
The University of Navarra School of Nursing and Columbia University School of Nursing (New York, USA) have signed a collaboration agreement for the exchange of their students, faculty members and researchers.
The agreement has been signed by the deans of both institutions, Mercedes Pérez Diez del Corral, PhD, head of Navarre academic center; and Bobbie Berkowitz, PhD, RN.FAAN from the American school. As the agreement sets out, the partnership seeks to "improve the education of their students and work more closely on education and scientific research".
Currently four students from Columbia University are carrying out a period of practical training at the School of Nursing and at the University of Navarra Clinic.
