Corporate Discourse is a new book by Ruth Breeze, Director of the Language Institute of the University of Navarra and collaborator of the 'Public Discourse' project from the Institute for Culture and Society (ICS). It is edited by the prestigious British publishing house Bloomsbury Publishing.

In the book, Professor Breeze examines business communication practices from a discourse perspective, looking in detail at the ways in which corporations around the world communicate with individuals, with other collective entities and with the world at large.

Also, she is concerned with understanding how language works in business contexts and how corporate identity and personal and professional relationships are configured through discourse.

This expert from the University of Navarra uses a range of analytical techniques to examine different forms of textual evidence from companies operating in many sectors, in order to observe current developments in corporate discourse against the complex background of globalization.

The book contains some of the following contents: the Corporation and its Stakeholders: Identity, Action, Interaction, Approaches to Corporate Discourse, Communicating with Employees and with Investors, Communicating with the World: Advertising Discourses and using Websites or Sponsorship.
