The Degree in Management gives the students the tools to fully understand how today's top Rank companies operate. Students interested in Finance, Marketing, Production or Human Resources will find the right environment to develop the knowledge and capacities to work in the corporate world.
Teaching is 50% in English and 50% Spanish, the two first years are taught in the Universidad de Navarra Campus and then students go on exchange twice, in their third and fourth year of degree. They can choose among the 99 exchange agreements in 36 countries worldwide.
In their fourth year they can foster their CV with the IESE Program at the IESE Campus in Madrid.
Graduates from the IDM will be able to work worldwide and will add to their management knowledge the global perspective that today's companies are looking when they are looking to recruit university talent.
The first two years the students get their fundamentals of the different areas linked to Business Administration and Economics: Basic Micro and Macroeconomics, Maths, Statistics and Principles of Management as well as Economic History.
Third and fourth years are dedicated to the detailed knowledge of the main areas of company management: Production, Finance, HR, Marketing and Strategic Management. Two programs of specialization are offered: Accountancy and Finance or Production and Marketing.
