Research and teaching are two of the fundamental missions of the University and every academic staff member. While research clearly contributes to the advancement of knowledge and this is one of the main objectives of universities, focusing on the students is equally important.
We aim to use all of our teaching activity (well-taught classes, interviews with students, seminars, etc.) to present the truth, and contribute to the academic, cultural and personal education of all students who place their trust in the University of Navarra. For that reason, we never tire of learning to teach and educate.
The University offers its academic staff members the means to improve the quality of all aspects of their work, including teaching and technical aspects. The teaching assessment processes must contribute to the improvement of the academic staff teaching methods.
