Economic Law

Introduction

The basic and required subjects that make up the Degree in Law provide students with well-rounded training in the various legal issues affecting companies: inheritance, contract, corporate, employment and tax law. However, the widespread role of companies in society and, above all, in commercial activity, requires legal professionals to acquire a comprehensive understanding of the business world from an economic and financial perspective.

Elective subjects provide students with the perfect way to achieve this global vision of companies. Aware of this opportunity, the School of Law and IESE Business School offer the Diploma in Business Law in order to provide students with knowledge on the analysis of business situations, commercial and marketing strategies, personnel management, finances, etc.
