Guy Haug
European expert on the assesment and development of univesities and higher education systems

Guy Haug is considered one of the fathers of the Bologna Process, which seeks to give coherence to the system of grade-credit quality in Europe. Between 2001 and 2006, he worked for the EU Commission, where he was in charge of key policy documents aimed at establishing a European agenda for change and the modernization of higher education and research. Guy Haug has practical experience of university management, and quality assurance and accreditation, being a member of the accreditation agencies in Austria and Spain.
