SERVICIO DE ADMISIÓN |
Admission to the University of Navarra via the International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma Program (DP)

Students who have taken the IB Diploma Program can choose to enter the University of Navarra via the ordinary route or via the IB Route (provided they meet the minimum admission requirements for their chosen degree program). They must indicate on their application (miportal.unav.edu) that they are applying via the IB Route and attach a certificate of their specific IB Program grades.
Conditions and specific features of the IB Route
-
The IB Route allows students to enter the University of Navarra without taking the official university entrance examination. Instead, they must request the access credential issued by the UNED.
-
In order to gain access via this route, the student’s predicted grade after having completed the first year of the IB Diploma must meet the minimum grade required for each degree program as stipulated by each School (see grades below).
-
Those whose predicted grades meet the requirements will be invited to an interview at their chosen School.
-
Those applicants studying outside Spain must arrange an interview with the delegate of the University in their country.
-
If they pass the interview stage, the students will be provisionally admitted on the condition that their final grades at the end of the IB Program before July 12 meet the stipulated grade for their chosen program.
If a student is not confident of meeting the stipulated grade upon completion of the IB Program, he or she may also apply via the ordinary route and take the entrance examination. The only exception to this rule is the School of Medicine, for which there is only one application route.
