Why do my courses not appear in Adi?
In order that a course appear in your Adi administration screen, you must be listed as a teacher of that course in the official course description. The administrative offices of your School can add you as a teacher, via the academic administration website; contact the offices of your School and request to be added.

What do I do if there are students who do not appear in the list of students in ADI?
This is possibly because the student has not yet registered for his or her courses. You may wait for the student to register, or perform the enrollment manually in the area marked "Administrar asignatura". Once the student has registered officially, you must delete this manually-added record so that there is no duplication.

What do I do if one of my students is unable to access ADI?

* Make sure that the student is registered for your course. If not, it is possible that he or she has not yet registered.
* If the student has registered for your course, and cannot access the Adi site, the problem could be that he or she does not have an email address of the format alias@alumni.unav.es. The student must request that an Alumni email account be created, by contacting Computer Services
* If neither of these problems is the case, and the student is still having difficulties, contact Educational Innovation.

How do I allow a teaching assistant to enter my course as a professor?
You must request the administrative offices of your School to make this change, providing the following information about your teaching assistant: first and last names, and email address in the format alias@unav.es or alias@alumni.unav.es

ONLINE DATA STORAGE (DiscoVirtual)

How do I store my data on the web (DiscoVirtual)?
DiscoVirtual is a space for storing files, which the Computer Services provide to students and employees of the University. You may these files from within the University as well as from the Internet. Any file type (PowerPoint presentation, Word document, PDF, etc.) which you save in your Virtual Disk may be opened from any of the computer labs on the UN campus, or from any internet-connected computer anywhere in the world.
