GRADES AND LISTS OF STUDENTS


How do I obtain the username and password for entering the faculty intranet?
Contact the Registrar's Office, Ms. Conchi Anabitarte. Extension 2143.

Not all of my classes appear when I open my web page in the faculty intranet.
Contact the Administrative Offices of your School.

How can I change the description that appears on the course description?
Contact the Administrative Offices of your School, and tell them you need to change the course description via the Academic Administration web tool (Gestión académica).

How do I obtain the list of students for my courses?You need to enter the Academic Administration website for faculty: http://www.unav.es/profesores/gestionacademica/

How can I obtain my enrollment lists in Excel format?
Enter the faculty intranet.

  • Choose the course.
  • You will then see two buttons. Choose the one marked "Excel". The list of students will appear, with various information fields. With the right mouse button, click "seleccionamos todo"
  • Open an Excel document. Click on cell A1.
  • Right click: Paste Special “Unicode Text”. Depending on the operating system of your computer, the lists of students should appear at this point, with the fields separated into cells. If, however, the fields are collapsed together, follow the next steps:
  • Go to the "Data" menu: Text into columns. You will be asked a series of questions. Normally the data are separated by a comma or semicolon. Accept these values. The lists of students should now appear separated into columns.
