The International Relations Service, organized under the Office of the Vice President of University Extension and International Relations, has as its primary mission collaboration with the university community in the internationalization of the University of Navarra.
You may visit its Office of International Student Assistance from Monday through Friday, from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm.
Its day to day activities include:
- Welcoming, follow up and assistance to international students
- Management of exchange programs (Erasmus/Sócrates, Leonardo, etc.)
- Office of International Student Assistance
- International Mentoring Program
- Cultural activities for international students
- Informational newsletter for international students
- Advise the various university Centers concerning international issues, typically having to do with international mobility of professors, researchers and students.
- Information about and handling of paperwork for financial aid programs from other countries, such as the FFEL Loan Program of the U.S. Government.
- Advising to the various services, schools and departments concerning the university and pre-university systems of other countries, their grading systems, etc.
- Management and maintenance of the exchange agreements that the University maintains with other international academic or research institutions.
- Attention to the network of international representatives that the University of Navarra maintains in countries.
