The Hispanic Studies course is directed to students who already have certain knowledge of the Spanish language but who wish to solidify that knowledge and more closely examine Hispanic culture. The Institute of Spanish Language and Culture of the University of Navarra has designed an intensive course that, just as their Summer School counterparts in the United States, offers university students studying Spanish the possibility of earning extra credit towards their bachelor's degrees. In this course, classes of Spanish language and culture are combined with activities of a more cultural nature. |

| > Master's Degree in the Teaching of Spanish as a Second Language (Master’s Degree in Liberal Arts) |

This program is directed to those individuals planning to dedicate themselves to the teaching of the Spanish language. The master's degree combines coursework in linguistics, literature and culture, in addition to the theory and practice of foreign language instruction. The student must complete a total of 45 credit hours and write a Master’s thesis. The degree can be earned, studying full-time, in two academic courses. |
