This text explores some of the mainnovelties in the new law governing the RomanCuria (19 March 2022) regarding nomenclature, theprinciples shaping the organization of its activity,and the revised distribution of competences. Theauthor notes that the ¿institutions¿ of the RomanCuria are at the service of the Pope, of the bishopsin particular Churches, but also of the faithful whobenefit from such government, as well as theireducational and charitable activities.
