Indications for the ventilation of lecture halls, offices and other spaces

In order to carry out the necessary ventilation of lecture halls, offices and other spaces, the following indications have been established:
 

LECTURE HALLS AND CLASSROOMS
 

  • ​​​During the class, a window should be left open.

  • The doors of the lecture hall should remain open as far as possible, if external conditions permit it.

  • In the class break, all windows and door should be opened for 5 minutes.
     

SHARED OFFICES
 

  • ​​​​​​The office door should remain open at all times.

  • Every 90 minutes, all windows should be opened for 5 minutes to allow for ventilation.


MEETING ROOMS

  • As far as possible, the meeting room door should remain open.

  • At the end of the meeting, the door and/ or the window should be opened to ventilate the room.
     

INDIVIDUAL OFFICES

  • The same criteria that applies to meeting rooms also applies to holding meetings in individual rooms.

  • At the end of the meeting, the door and/ or window should be opened for 5 minutes to ventilate the room.
     

HALLS AND CORRIDORS

  • Half of the windows will be left open from 08.00-20.00
