The applicant’s high school academic record counts for 60% of the final admission criteria.
Applicants must pass the two-part entrance examination, which consists of a written aptitude test (spatial and logical reasoning) and a verbal reasoning test.
International applicants are assessed remotely using a series of equivalent tests. Applicants can access the entrance examinations through the myUNAV Applicant Portal under the supervision of one of the University of Navarra’s international delegates. Applicants are emailed a personal username and password they can use to access this portal after submitting their applications.
These examinations count for 40% of the admission criteria. Applicants may also be invited to a personal interview, where they can ask questions about the degree program and the student profile.
Knowledge of English
Applicants must demonstrate a B2* level of English proficiency before registering for subjects taught in English unless they are native speakers or their high school education was imparted in English.
The University recognizes English certifications equivalent to the Escuela Oficial de Idiomas’ intermediate level, the Cambridge First Certificate or a score of 83 on the TOEFL Internet-based test or of 220 on the computer-based test. Applicants who wish to certify their proficiency at this level may also do so by sitting for the examinations administered for this purpose by the University’s Institute of Modern Languages.
Knowledge of Spanish
Applicants must demonstrate a B2.1* level of Spanish proficiency before registering for subjects taught in Spanish unless they are native speakers or their high school education was imparted in Spanish.
Applicants who must demonstrate their Spanish proficiency may do so by passing the Cervantes Institute’s B2-level DELE exam or scoring over 540 on the SAT Subject Test in Spanish with Listening. They may also demonstrate their proficiency at this level by sitting for the examinations administered for this purpose by the University’s Institute of Spanish Language and Culture.
