An education in Management gives students a comprehensive and detailed view of how companies work.

Management is approached from the most advanced academic and technical perspectives, while at the same time retaining a deep humanistic view. Businesses are made up of and developed by people, and this is something that must not be forgotten.

Students start by studying the various areas of management, such as finance, human resources, sales management and production. Finally, looking at businesses from the perspective of strategic management allows students to integrate all the elements that they have been studying separately.

Students can do an exchange program at the end of their program of study; the School has agreements with 101 institutions throughout the world.

Students also have the possibility of spending an academic semester in the IESE Program at the campus of the IESE Business School (University of Navarra) in Madrid.

Well-rounded academic training is the foundation for our students' professional development. It's a matter of acquiring a clear understanding of the elements that are at the heart of business management.

In addition, students receive significant exposure to the professional world during their years of study. Starting in the first academic year they are in contact with executives, business owners and entrepreneurs who describe the key elements of the day-to-day work of running a business.

The first two academic years are the same as for students in Economics. Students acquire basic knowledge of macro- and microeconomics, finance, statistics and commercial management.

During Third and Fourth Year, students specialize in one of two areas: Accounting and Finance or Management.
