Admissions and Registration

The first step is to fill out and submit the  application to the University Admissions Office.

You must also attach the following to the application:

  •  Academic transcript from the last two years of high school or equivalent study program (original or certified photocopy). Applicants who want to pursue early admission should only send the transcript from the third year of high school. The final year high school transcript must be submitted before June 5.

  • 2 passport photos.

  • Photocopy of DNI (national ID).

  • €60 for processing fees.

  • Check, made out to the University of Navarra (personal check or postal money order).

  • Direct transfer made out to the University of Navarra, to account 2054 0000 433 0000 33916 (CaixaBank), expressly indicating the full name of the applicant and the word "ADMISSION." The proof of the transaction must also be sent to the address indicated below.

  • Online, through our payment gateway.

When you receive this information, the University of Navarra will send you a credential letter to your home address with your appointment for the entrance examination. You must keep this letter and bring it with you on the day you take your examinations, together with your ID card, because it contains the credential number needed to take the entrance examination.
