How to arrive?

AIRPLANE
-TO MADRID: From Madrid- Barajas Airport  there are daily connections to Pamplona Airport. Taxis are available on arrival. More information.

-TO BILBAO: Bilbao International Airport receives flights from a number of European cities. To get to Pamplona, take a public bus to downtown Bilbao Bus Station and, from there, a bus for the route Bilbao-Pamplona (2 hour drive).  More information.

-TO BIARRITZ (France). 2 hour drive to Pamplona. Buses available . More information.

BUS
The bus station is located right in the center of the city. It has daily connections with Madrid, Barcelona, Bilbao, etc. More information.

TRAIN
Pamplona train station has connections with Madrid, Barcelona, Burgos, A Coruña, Irún, etc. Trains from Madrid leave Puerta de Atocha Station. Trains from Barcelona leave Sants Station. More information.

CAR
The city of Pamplona is easy to get to and navigate by car. It is one of the most common ways to arrive in the city. It is 407 km from Madrid and 484 km from Barcelona. If you need directions please contact us at bur@unav.es

 

Parking areas on campus

BUR2017 attendees who wish to use the parking lot, must send an email to bur@unav.es indicating their name, brand of vehicle, license plate number and length of stay.

Public Transportation in Pamplona

The local bus in Pamplona is known as the “Villavesa”. There are different lines that can take you anywhere around the city. Lines 2,4,15 and 18 stop near the School of Science of the University. The stop is “Clínica Universidad de Navarra”.

Another form of transport is Taxi. There are several stops throughout the city where you can pick them up. (Please note that hailing a taxi is not customary in Pamplona). You may also call for their services at (948232300 / 948351335).
