Most documents can be taken directly from the shelves, but some must be requested through the catalogue.
These are documents in the storage library (such as some books and journals, newspapers that are more than two weeks old, music and special materials) and documents from other centers (Intercenter Loans).
Undergraduate students must request documents that are kept in the Research Room of the Main Library.
How do I request an item?
Find the document in the catalogue and click on the Request or Reserve a copy icon.
Indicate the initials of the location where you would like to collect the document, as shown on the screen. In the case of works published in volumes or periodicals, you should also indicate the volumes or years required.
Confirm the request by clicking on the Request the selected copy button.
If you have a visitor’s pass that is valid for two weeks or less, follow these instructions.
