Since the 2006–2007 academic year, the Master's Degree in Organizational Governance and Culture has been an official degree program. Since the 2010-2011 academic year, the program has also been adapted to the requirements of the European Higher Education Area.

Upon completion of the master's degree program, students will obtain a total of 60 ECTS credits. The study portion of those credits, which requires students to attend classes on the University of Navarra campus, is completed from January to June. The guided individual work portion, which does not require students to be present, is completed from July to December.

Once the Master's Degree in Organizational Governance and Culture is completed and approved, students will have 60 ECTS credits from an official postgraduate program, thus making them eligible to apply for admission to the doctoral program, as long as they meet the requirements of that program.

The director of the postgraduate programs is Rafael Alvira, Full Professor of Philosophy and the Director of the Institute for Business and Humanism.

The Coordinator of the master's degree program is María José Pallarés.
