Introduction

The Degree in Nursing seeks to train future nurses with a clear academic and professional focus and aims to educate highly-qualified professionals from an academic and human perspective who are capable of providing nursing care to individuals, families and society. An essential part of its mission is to train its own academic staff in teaching, care, research and management.

When studying nursing at the University of Navarra, students are able to acquire the competences necessary to provide nursing care with a global vision of individuals, families and society. Clinical work placements teach students to be part of a nursing team and develop their initiative. Nursing studies can be completed in other countries thanks to agreements with other universities. Upon completion of the degree, students may continue their education through the Master's Degree in Advanced Nursing Practice and Research and through specialist programs.
