The prize is awarded for the Final Year Project (FYP) that the jury regards as having reached the highest standard of quality in the use of wood as a key element in the architectural design.
The award comprises a scholarship for the Master's Degree in Environmental Design and Management of Buildings or Master’s Degree in Theory and Architectural Design, offered by the School of Architecture at the University of Navarra.
The Master's Degree in Environmental Design and Management of Buildings aims to train experts in the field of environmental design, with an emphasis on the quantification of sustainability.
The Master’s Degree in Theory and Architectural Design trains students to achieve excellence in the design of architecture by a faculty of wellknown international architects.
The award-winner must meet the entry requirements for the Master’s Degree program.
The prize will be awarded within the Forum Wood Construction Spain, which will take place in Pamplona on 23 and May 24, 2019.
If for reasons of greater cause the prize course changes format or has to be suspended, the prize winner may choose between postponing the prize for an academic year or taking it in the new format.
