Pre-Welcoming days

We can´t wait to see you during the Welcoming Days! Make sure to take the following steps before arriving on campus to ensure your first week here is as smooth as possible. If you have any questions while completing this checklist, don't hesitate to contact us!

  • Admission (Undergraduate + IFP students)

Make sure the Admissions Office has all official documents including transcripts, test scores, and the certification for your secondary school (also known as the Homologación). This will help make your class registration process easier. To make sure everything has been submitted, please check first with the portal My UNAV.

  • Registration (Undergraduate and IFP students)

Your class selection should all be handled by the school through which you are joining the university for your undergraduate program. You will get your schedule at the beginning of September. If you have any questions about your class schedule please talk to your academic coordinator. For questions about registration, make sure to contact the Registrar´s Office

  • Registration (Exchange students)

Your class selection and document submission should all be handeled by the school through which you are joining the university for your exchange program. Please make sure to keep in contact with your school´s coordinators.

  • Housing

Considering where to live? Once you've been admitted to the University of Navarra, you should start looking for where to live. You can find your new home through our website: Housing UNAV. Those who look for their housing early will have the largest selection of locations and types.

Your email account will be given to you on different occasions. Exchange students will receive their cards during the last week of August, while the undergraduate students will receive theirs during the first week of September.

  • Buddy Program

This service is available for exchange students. The Buddy Program is to help international students with any of their queries in advance of their arrival in Pamplona and ease their transition to a new city, university and stage of life. Sign up for your buddy here.
