    Cover Letter

Each submission should be accompanied by a cover letter, which should contain a brief explanation of the conceptual advance provided by the findings, and the significance of the findings to a broad readership. Authors must state that the paper is not under consideration for publication elsewhere at time of submission and that the contents of the manuscript will not be copyrighted, submitted, or published elsewhere, while acceptance by International Journal of Medical Students is under consideration. The cover letter is confidential to the editor and will not be seen by reviewers.

  • Online Submission

Authors should submit their manuscripts online. Please follow the hyperlink "Submission page" on the left and upload all of your manuscript files following the instructions given on the screen or click here and register as an author. The Editorial Board will evaluate the manuscript and will accept or reject it or make the appropriate remarks to the author(s). If accepted, the paper shall not be published either whole or in part elsewhere without the consent of the Publisher.

  • Manuscript Submission

Manuscripts will be accepted for review with the understanding that the same work has not been published, and that it is not under consideration for publication elsewhere. Submission of a manuscript implies:

    • That the work described has not been published before

    • That it is not under consideration for publication anywhere else

    • That its publication has been approved by all co-authors, if any, as well as by the responsible authorities – tacitly or explicitly – at the institute where the work has been carried out. The publisher will not be held legally responsible should there be any claims for compensation.

    • I have read the "Instructions for Authors" guidelines and my paper fulfils the format requirements thereby described.
