University of Navarra degree in Medicine has gained second position in Spain according to U-Ranking created by BBVA Foundation and the Instituto Valenciano de Investigaciones Económicas. Degree in Medicine got 1,3 points of score, only exceed by University Pompeu Fabra. The list also ranks the International Program in Medicine in a second position as well.

The ranking assessed teaching (56%), research (34%), and innovation and technological development (10%) taking into account resources, research production, quality and internationalization of each of these areas. Experts from 12 different Spanish universities have collaborated in the ranking. This same classification located the University of Navarra as leader in the category of teaching production and seventh in the category of research production.
