who are familiar with and work with, where applicable, the primary tools currently used in environmental research and management.
who know the diversity of business activity and public administration activity and environmental matters, and the socioeconomic framework within which they are developed.
who apply strong principles of environmental ethics in their work and who give academic research and rigor the importance they deserve in proper environmental management.
who know how to draft informational and technical documents and to communicate their content to the public.
and, finally, who know how to promote transparency and citizen participation as a necessary part of environmentally related initiatives.
