  • International Student Desk

    The International Student Desk is an information point which can provide basic information about the welcoming days and essential documents/procedures.

  • Inmigration Desk

    The Immigration Desk is intended to provide students with a drop off point to turn in their immigration documents. This desk and International Relations Office will only receive complete document packages until September 17, 2019. The only packages we will be accepting will be for the first time Tarjeta de Identidad de Extranjero (TIE) card. All other processes will have to be done in person with the Extranjería office or Police Station (for DNI).

  • Student Information Fair

    The Student Information Fair is an open floor where there will be several services available for you to speak with to get you started on everything you need before class starts. From immigration sessions to insurance you will have all of the essential services you need to get your time with us off to a great start.

  • Information sessions by shools

    The information sessions by schools is intended for students who are doing their exchange semester or year with the University. Those students should have received information from the school that they will be studying with at the University of Navarra, prior to the welcoming days. For more information please check out this PDF.

    Undergraduate students will have their own school sessions during the first week of September.

  • Inmigration Information Sessions

    The Immigration Information Sessions that will be held 6 times throughout Wednesday. Its focus is aimed on helping students walk through the documents and process they will need to do the following:

    • Tarjeta de Identidad de Extranjero (TIE)

    • Documento Nacional de Identidad (DNI)

    • Certificado de ciudadano de la Unión Europea

    Do you need a residency card (TIE/Certificado de Registro de la Unión Europea)?

  • Welcoming session + Cultural shock

    This Welcoming Session will help provide students with valuable information about their first few days and important tips about life here on campus. Additionally there will be a session on the impact of culture shock. It is important to note that the culture shock session is aimed to addressing not only Spanish culture but also the move to a new city, new life, and new future and how to deal with all of it.

  • Event: An Art Museum for Students

    This event will be held by the Museum. In this, the Museum will show some of the expositions and shows they have on offer as well as a display of talent.

  • Inmigration session for exchange students

    This session is similar to the immigration information given on Wednesday. However, there will be additional information with regard to special cases of students. In particular, it is geared toward students who are non EU citizens but are currently residing in or studying at European Universities.

  • Sports in the park

    This event is intended for all students who are interested in playing sports or just want to have fun and meet new people. We will be playing volleyball, soccer, capture the flag, dodge ball and a relay race in teams. Sign up here to join.

  • Meet your Chaplain

    In this event students will be able to meet the international Chaplain and get a chance to meet their fellow catholic students between the two masses (in English and Spanish) outside the Chapel at the Clinica Universidad de Navarra.
