How to Apply

Admission is offered to qualified students on a first-come, first-served basis, so interested applicants are encouraged to apply early. 

Submitting an Online Application

  • Take note of the program that you are applying to (ex: June, June+ Community Engagement in Pamplona, or August).

  • Have ready a passport copy and passport-sized photograph (scanned). It will be needed to complete the online application form.

  • Complete and submit the online application.

Confirming your Admission

After you apply, you will receive a confirmation by email. In this email we will inform you about the following steps: payment, housing and online level test. 
 

Payment and Refunds

Full payment of tuition, housing (if applicable), and fees is due no later than April 27 (May-June program) or July 15 (August program).

Please take note that your admission is not completed until the payment is done. To guarantee a place in the program, we recommend that you complete the application and payment as soon as you can.

Program Fees are payable by wire transfer (amount in euros). ILCE is not responsible for fluctuations in international exchange rates or interest charges. 

The amount refunded depends on the requested date:

Please note that ILCE is not responsible for fluctuations in international exchange rates or interest charges due to the timing of refunds.
 

Online level Test

All students need to complete an online level test. This is sent to the students once their enrollment is confirmed.
