cognitive and non-cognitive variables

Presentation
The “Study of the effectiveness of using a teaching-learning system for Language in Primary that incorporates teaching thinking and cooperative work: cognitive and non-cognitive variables” project began in September of the 2015-2016 academic year at the University of Navarra School of Education and Psychology. This was possible thanks to study and experience of the research team in the fields of educational innovation, integration of technology in teaching, motivation, emotion and self-concept in self-regulated learning.
In this research, we are aiming to study the impact of a teaching-learning methodology for Language - incorporating cooperative work and development of thinking - in terms of both cognitive variables (performance/linguistic skills) and non cognitive variables (motivation, emotion and self-concept) in the last two years of Primary (ages 10-12).
