Ways to participate

The different ways to participate are by:

  • Making an oral presentation
  • Presenting a poster
  • Taking part in debates
  • Participating in a team in the clinical case competition
  • Attending as a listener

All students who are doing or have already done the last year of the first part of their university degree are invited to attend the Congress as listeners. To present scientific studies or to participate in debate it is necessary to be studying the second half of your university degree coursework.

The authors of oral or poster presentations must submit an abstract before January 15, 2020.  Should a student wish to participate in the debates, he or she should form a group of 2 or 3 students, regardless of course, career or college, and you submit an email with details and a brief curriculum vitae. of each member before January 15, 2020.

After 14 January, a scientific committee made up of over 30 professionals will determine, on the basis of the abstracts and CVs submitted, which studies are most appropriate for presentation and the panels for the debates.

Final notification of accepted presentations and debate participation will be given on the 5th of February 2020.

Oral presentations should be 8 minutes long, with an additional 2 minutes for questions and answers.  Posters can be with or without a spoken presentation, which would be three minutes long. There should be no more than three people involved in the preparation of each oral or poster presentation; only one person should actually do the speaking in the congress.

Additional information is to be found in the section below: CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION.

We look forward to receiving your abstracts and CVs. Thank you!
