Loan of material

The opening hours for the Simulation Centre without a prior booking will be:

Wednesday from 11 am to 1 pm

Wednesday from 3.30 to 5.30 pm

Teachers can reserve material for their teaching work by sending an email to sec_edu_psico@unav.es providing details of the chosen dates, the subject and by signing a letter of responsible use that will be attached to the mail and which will be available to download from the internet- the attached signed form will act as your reservation request. At no time can they remove material from the UNAV campus, except in extraordinary cases (these cases will be examined individually). In these cases, the extraordinary request letter will be completed giving details explaining the off-campus use of the material and a letter of responsibility will be signed.

To check the availability of a test, Google calendars have been enabled that can be seen by clicking on the URLs on the website

 Level I (A) Tests: can be applied, corrected and administrated by non psychologist professionals after due training from a psychologist (educators, psycho-pedagogues, doctors, etc.); maybe the most obvious exponent of the Level I Tests are tests and exams to assess knowledge and any used for selection and admission to educational institutions.

 Level II (B)Tests: can be applied by non psychologist professionals although they should be corrected and interpreted by a psychologist; examples include children's drawings of the human figure or their family produced in their everyday life at school.

 Level III (C) Tests: should be exclusively administered, corrected and interpreted by a skilled psychologist, they are usually the most relevant and complex tests in their area and the most difficult to interpret and analyse, including the Wechsler scales (WAIS, WISC and WPPSI).

Researchers can reserve the tests for consultation or for their research by sending a mail to sec_educa_psico@unav.es providing details of the chosen dates, the reason and by signing a letter of responsible use that will be attached to the mail and which will be available to download from the internet- the signed form attached will act as your reservation request. They can consult the material on the UNAV campus. At no point can they remove the material from the UNAV campus, except in extraordinary cases- (these cases will be examined individually) where the research work director (when appropriate) or the researcher should sign the  letter of responsability for the use of tests for research purposes and should take responsibility for good use and care of the material.

Students will be able to reserve tests to study using the email sec_educa_psico@unav.es  attaching the Letter of authorization  for students signed by their professor. They will also have to present their UNAV card to be able to access the reserved material and they can only consult the material in the simulation centre. They cannot remove material from the simulation centre. For level B and C tests, study or consultation should be carried out in the presence of their professors or an authorized person.
