Degree in Hispanic Studies from the Complutense University of Madrid. Specialist, advisor and director of communications and corporate strategy in organizations and companies in the education sector, where se has been professionally connected since 1998 as communications director and responsible for the conduct and direction of Educating Today radio program (2002-2004). General Secretary of OIDEL Europe until 2001, in association with consultative status at the UN, UNESCO and the Council of Europe and headquarters in Geneva and Madrid, to defend and promote the right to education in the world.

President of the European Foundation Society and Education from 2002 to date, private and independent think tank based in Madrid and Brussels, which aims to promote and develop reflection and socio-educational research. Directs, at present, its research, in the Institute for Education and Social Studies, which has six areas of analysis, of which the European Centre for Cultural Cooperation is the latest constitution.
