Policy

  • Requests must be for books that cannot be purchased commercially or for specific articles from journals the Library does not own.Escáner  

  • The requested documents may be used solely for private, educational or research purposes and their reproduction and the use of reproductions must comply with current legislation regarding intellectual property: Royal Legislative Decree 1/1996Law 23/2006 and Law 21/2014. 

  • Original documents provided by other libraries should not be removed from the University of Navarra Library, and the loan period indicated by each library must be respected. If you require more time, you must request an extension from the Interlibrary Loan Service. The Library Service reserves the right to refuse to process new requests for users who violate these rules..

  • Items received electronically will be forwarded to the user.

  • Some special library documents (items from the early printed book collection, reference works, periodicals, slides, microforms, drawings, prints, etc.) are unavailable for borrowing, but you can get a reproduction via photocopy, microfilm or CD-ROM, depending on the case.
