Two research projects within ICS's Mind-Brain Group receive grants from Caja Navarra Bank
The first project deals with frustration and the rate at which users leave Proyecto Hombre, a drug addiction treatment program, and the other is about how adolescents manage their emotions
Two research projects within the Mind-Brain Group at the Institute for Culture and Society of the University of Navarra have received grants from the Caja Navarra Bank Foundation within the 2015 call for funding.
The projects correspond to the "UpToYou Educational Innovation Project for Adolescents' Emotional Management in the Key of Identity," which José Ignacio Murillo, principal investigator of the Group, will direct. The other is called "Studies in Frustration as an Indicator of the Rate at which Proyecto Hombre Participants Quit," led by Francisco Güell Pelayo.
These are two of the 451 projects selected from the 908 projects that were submitted to this year's call, which accepted projects within five research branches, including: Social Affairs, Investigation and Development, Culture, Education and Heritage, Environment, and Sports.
The Mind-Brain Group is one of eight research projects within the Institute for Culture and Society, the humanities and social sciences research center at the University of Navarra. It is funded by La Caixa's outreach foundation.
