Does the University plan to suspend classes in case a person is tested positive for COVID?
The University campus is a protected environment, so it would not close. If there is a positive case, that person and his/her close contacts will be isolated.

How will students that cannot attend face-to-face classes start the academic year?
Cada profesor realizará la adaptación precisa de la docencia. Las indicaciones de cada asignatura están en la guía docente de la misma en el Aula virtual ADI. También tendrán que seguir las indicaciones que reciban de la propia Facultad o Escuela. El día 2 de septiembre a las 15:30 tendrá lugar una webinar donde se explicarán los recursos digitales para seguir la docencia. Recibirán información.
Will meeting points for lunch be open?
Yes, they will be open. They can be used provided that indications on room capacity limit and preventative measures are followed.
Will all students have a mentor? When and how will they be assigned?
All students will have a mentor, assigned by the School. Students will receive this information at the beginning of the year. The first meeting will take place during September.
I am interested in joining a sports team. Who should I contact?
The University offers the Talento Deportivo program (Sports Talent Program) to those students that practice sports with a professional or semi-professional status, so that they can easily combine sport and study. What will the welcome day be like this year?
Each School will inform when this welcome day will be held.
How will we obtain the university ID to access campus facilities?
On your first day you will receive your ID. If you cannot come to campus that day, ask in the administration office of your School.
What will happen if a state of alarm is declared?
In that case, the University will follow instructions from health authorities.
Is there a doctor available on campus for students? If so, is it free for the students or do they need to have insurance?
We are encouraging our students to take out ACUNSA insurance (or Expat and CO), that covers treatment at the Clinica Universidad de Navarra.

Are there procedures in case of someone being ill with Covid? How does the school manage the quarantine?
If someone falls ill with Covid-19, the school will take the measures indicated by the health authorities concerning quarantine. The classes should be followed remotely. Also, there are student volunteers with tantaka (the university volunteering organisation), who will provide support in case of need.
