Ceit will participate in Rail Live 2025, one of the most important international events in the railway sector, which will take place from November 26 to 28 at IFEMA Madrid. The technology center will be present at stand C082, where it will showcase the advances developed within the framework of the Europe’s Rail program.

Innovation applied to rolling stock and infrastructure

Ceit will showcase a set of technological solutions that reinforce its commitment to modernizing European railways and creating smarter, more robust systems. Among them, a onboard system for the digitalization of freight wagons stands out, equipped with connectivity, real-time positioning, and automatic fault analysis capabilities, including early detection of wheel defects.

The center will also present a motor integrated into the axle and an automatic driving simulator aimed at developing and validating autonomous operation algorithms.

Monitored infrastructure and advanced manufacturing

In the field of infrastructure, Ceit has developed a track switch monitoring system based on physical models, which allows predicting failures and planning maintenance with greater precision.

Additionally, it will present additive manufacturing applications for critical components such as rails and wheels, opening new possibilities in repair, functional design, and reduced manufacturing times. Finally, it will showcase a multi-connectivity platform that enables vehicle-to-infrastructure communication, a key element for the railway operations of the future.

Ceit invites sector professionals to visit stand C082 to see firsthand how its developments contribute to a more efficient, connected, and sustainable railway.
