Reputation is the value of an institution’s intangibles. Managing these assets has, in recent years, become a key topic in strategic management of museums. For the first time, a conference will be held to discuss the external and internal factors that  affect the reputation of museums, from an academic and professional perspective.Speakers include experts such as the academic Cees Van Riel and Director of the Prado Museum, Miguel Falomir.
