In February 2022, the University of Navarra and the Confederación Empresarial Navarra (CEN) established the UNAV-CEN business community "People, Purpose and Competitiveness" with the purpose of generating an ecosystem that facilitates continuous and sustainable improvement of their organizational model for the companies of the Community, through the definition and implementation of their corporate purpose.
The community offers breakfast meetings and workshops to reflect, share experiences, methodologies and advances in research, as well as the possibility of evaluating the implementation of the purpose and initiating a transformation process, with individual and collective sessions, to define and deploy the corporate purpose.
