Academic Calendar

The 2023-2024 academic year begins on Monday, September 4, 2023 and ends on Thursday, August 31, 2024. The academic year for undergraduate courses runs from September 4, 2023 to June 29, 2024.

  • First semester: From September 4 to December 2, both inclusive.
    1st semester exams: From December 5 to December 21, both inclusive.

  • Second semester: From January 8 to April 26, both inclusive.
    2nd semester exams: From April 29 to May 18, both inclusive.

  • Extraordinary exams: From June 7 to June 29, 2024, both inclusive.

The non-teaching period, coinciding with the summer vacation of students in regular classes, runs from July 1 to August 31, 2024, inclusive.

Within the school term, these are vacation days for students in regular classes:

  • Christmas: from December 22 to January 8, both inclusive.

  • Holy Week and Easter: Monday, April 3 to Saturday, April 15, inclusive.

  • Sunday, January 28: St. Thomas Aquinas

  • Tuesday, March 19: St. Joseph

  • Wednesday, May 1: Labor Day

  • Wednesday, June 26: St. Josemaría Escrivá

Thursday, February 8th, celebration of the feast of St. Thomas Aquinas.
