¿Qué aprenderás?
El diploma, impartido íntegramente en inglés, está diseñado para obtener un perfil profesional internacional, con nociones sólidas de derecho anglosajón. Un diploma que completa las nociones de derecho europeo (continental) que se imparten en el grado de Derecho.
El AALP permite al alumno conocer otro sistema jurídico, como es el Common Law. Este es cada vez más utilizado y cobra protagonismo en el panorama internacional, por ejemplo, en negociaciones, juicios y resolución alternativa de conflictos.
El derecho anglosajón juega un papel vital no sólo en Estados Unidos sino también en muchos otros países. Las instituciones jurídicas y las firmas de abogados internacionales necesitan abogados que conozcan tanto el sistema de derecho europeo como el de derecho anglosajón.
