About us

The International Office assists students coming to the Universidad de Navarra from all over the world, recruiting new students, welcoming them on arrival and giving advice and support while they are here. We organize programs for the students of the Universidad de Navarra to study abroad during their degree. We are also responsible for hosting international visitors to the Universidad de Navarra among other duties.

The office is located in the central building next to the cafeteria Faustinos. To contact us please send us an email or come and visit us in the office.

  • It is a great chance to get to know a fantastic group of international students and create lasting friendships around the world.

  • Full training will include customer service, cultural awareness, how to manage challenging or difficult situations and other areas specific to certain work

  • Experience to enhance your CV, contribute to your future employment and personal skills (including marketing, team work, interpersonal skills and time management.)

  • Satisfaction gained from the knowledge that you are helping international students to settle into Pamplona and are helping to promote and grow the University.

  • All events that the members are participating in are free for the members and any expense out of need during excursions such as food will be taken care of by the International Relations Office.

The application and interview period are open throughout the academic year.

International Committee members must be available to work during August, September and January of the same academic year for International Welcome Weeks activities. This is the busiest period of work and members will be expected to commit to multiple full days of work during these weeks.

For the rest of the year hours are variable depending on work required and on your availability. Current members work a few hours per month on average. Occasional weekend work is available.

If successful, you will continue to be an International Committee member throughout the duration of your studies without the need to reapply each year. You will also be able to continue as a committee member to the Universidad de Navarra on a voluntary basis following your graduation.
