The Friends of John Henry Newman, and an Old Blue Cloak

Resumen:
This paper aims at establishing and describing the main Newman's friends both during the Oxford Movement years and as a Catholic and Oratorian. The outlook has been prosopographic, but in connection with Newman's affectivity, and bearing very much in mind his early and staunch decision to remain celibate.
