Resumen:
The classical dispute over the autonomy or dependence of Law regarding other fields of human action has been largely focused on the relationship between Law and Morals and the justification of the obligatory nature of Law. In this paper we approach this discussion from the alternative point of view of the intelligibility of the sources of law and, particularly, of objectivity of the judicial identification of the institutional actions that produce/modify/extinguish the Law (the sources of Law). Along these lines, we argue that the intelligibility of the sources of Law entails a necessary connection between the Law, on the one hand, and a given anthropological-axiological order. More accurately, it entails a connection between the Law and a given -not conventional- typology of intentional action.
